We're not fitness professionals or licensed experts. We're not doctors, dietitians, physiotherapists or certified trainers. All of our sources and exercises come from the internet: published studies, named on every plan, and common exercises shared online.

This site is general information, not medical, nutrition or training advice. Follow a doctor or another qualified healthcare professional for health advice, and check with one before starting a new exercise or diet plan, especially if you have an injury or a health condition, or you're under 18. Stop any exercise that causes pain. You train at your own risk.

The test tiers are our own simple scales, not medical tests.
